Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sable & Sage is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of skincare and grooming products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us immediately so we can review and assist with a replacement when applicable.
